CANCELLATION POLICY

The scheduled lesson time is considered a standing appointment. Please give as much advanced notice as possible if the student is to miss a lesson.

  • A make up lesson can be scheduled if notice is given 24 hours in advance of the regular scheduled lesson time.

  • Make up lessons will need to be scheduled within 2 weeks of the original lesson day.

  • No make lesson will be given if the student no shows or failures to give notice 24 hours in advance.

  • The scheduled lesson is your reserved time window. Therefore, only one re-schedule will be allowed in a billing cylce.

  • The student will not be charged for Holidays and periodic teacher tour dates. This schedule is set well in advance and credits will reflect the teaching schedule (below).

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Students will be responsible for bringing their own drum sticks, a notebook and lesson material. The student is expected to prepare for each week’s lesson at home. If they do the work, they will see progress!
